Product Guarantee
I guarantee the workmanship of my Flutes and Bags and all other accessories, for the life of the product. My guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or neglect of the product. I will repair a Flute for you at no cost (other than shipping) IF for example: a seam seal fails, an end cap or mouthpiece comes off( glue failure). I will replace or repair a Flute Bag if a seam unravles.
I have put my heart and soul into my Instruments and accessories, and I will do everything in my power to make sure you can enjoy them as they were intended. If you have an issue with the product please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will do everything I can to resolve your issue.
Damaged Flute?
If your Flute has been damaged, and it was not due to a flaw in the workmanship. Give me a chance to help you with it, if I cannot repair it for affordable cost, I can maybe offer you a replacement Flute at a discounted price. Send me an E-mail describing the damage and a photo if you can of the damage. I will send you back a quote and a recommendation.
